DLC Management Corp. Announces Record-Breaking 2.58M Square Feet Portfolio Retail Asset Acquisition


(Tarrytown, NY) December 04, 2014 – DLC Management Corporation, a national owner and operator of open-air shopping centers, is pleased to announce its latest acquisition of 11 retail assets in New York, North Carolina, Arkansas and Tennessee totaling 2.58 million square feet of which 1.73 million square feet is owned property.

This acquisition is the largest in the history of DLC, and sets the tone for #Success at the 2014 ICSC New York National Deal Making Conference December 8 – 9 at New York City’s Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. The 11 acquired properties’ locations match well with DLC’s operations and represent large, high-quality assets with strong anchor tenants and an opportunity to create value throughout the portfolio, creating quality, stabilized properties.

Spring Creek, 588,606 SF – Fayetteville, AR

Steele Crossing, 261,665 SF – Fayetteville, AR

Towne Centre, 390,607 SF – Murfreesboro, TN

Union Consumer Square, 386,320 SF – Cheektowaga, NY

Walden Consumer Square, 253,225 SF – Cheektowaga, NY

Walden Place, 68,002 SF – Cheektowaga, NY
