Core Plus: The acquisition and long term ownership of high quality predominantly stable retail assets/portfolios offering strong current cash yields with opportunity for incremental value enhancement.
DLC Development: The land assemblage, entitlement, development and construction of net leased credit retail places in dense in fill locations frequently (but not exclusively) involving multiple parcels and complex environmental issues.
