The Role:

Our team is on a mission to add a Leasing Brokerage Associate to our HQ office in Elmsford, NY. This is a great starting position for recent college graduates or those with a couple years of brokerage or general sales experience. We provide a dynamic, hands-on, learning and training program to make you a Leasing Rock Star!

What Will You Do?

• Develop relationships that turn into tenants for our centers
• Understand how to attract and retain national retailers, restaurant chains, and local businesses to strengthen the tenant mix of our properties
• Learn how retailers evaluate sites and use this information to help them
• Plan and execute your marketing campaigns with precision and knowledge
• Understand a market, procure sales calls, get meetings and close deals!
• Become a go-to source for information and expertise that lands new business
