About The Internship:

We are looking for a part-time Acquisitions Intern for Fall 2023-Spring 2024, who will collaborate with our VP of Acquisitions on acquisition sourcing strategies. This position will be based in our Elmsford, NY office. You will get exposure and the opportunity to:

• Research retail shopping centers and assets
• Identify and put together a database of assets by market, loan maturity, property characteristics, etc.
• Assist in putting together acquisition pipeline reports
• Assist in other sourcing activities, as needed
