With over 25 years of experience as an owner/ operator of retail properties throughout the United States, DLC is actively seeking opportunities for new acquisitions to enhance our portfolio. Our focus is to generate value in the assets we acquire, with return profiles ranging from Core Plus to Value-Add to Opportunistic.
We leverage the entire scope of our in-house capabilities to unlock value in our retail properties through the implementation of innovative leasing strategies for under-leased or vacant space, the repositioning and proactive management of underperforming assets, and/or the execution of full-scale redevelopment projects.

Minimum of $20,000,000, with single assets and portfolios considered
