The Future is Bright at DLC Management Corp. with New Hire Aaron Wu, VP & Head of Acquisitions.

(Elmsford, NY) – DLC Management Corp, a leading national owner and operator of open-air shopping centers is pleased to announce that Aaron Wu has joined the team as Vice President and Head of Acquisitions. Mr. Wu assumes senior responsibility for the overall performance of acquisition operations throughout the company’s portfolio. Since joining the team in September of 2021, Wu has already led some meaningful and career-defining transactions.

Wu comes to DLC with an impressive array of experience. He was most recently the Managing Director & Head of Acquisitions at AmCap Incorporated. While at AmCap, Mr. Wu was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing all aspects of the investment process.

In his new role at DLC, Mr. Wu will take the lead on exploring ways to create growth for the portfolio, collaborating with other departments and teammates to establish strategic and innovative acquisitions. Wu is known within the retail real estate industry as a skilled communicator, a passionate goal-oriented deal maker, and an exceptional value-add teammate.
