Nineteen of the 24 Fastest-Growing Fast-Food Chains are located at DLC open-air shopping centers

QSR Magazine recently published a list of the fastest-growing fast-food chains in America. Nineteen of the 24 fast-food chains on this list are located at DLC centers or in our pipeline.

According to QSR, “brands included are sorted from the top-50 grossing chains in America by systemwide sales, as determined by the 2023 QSR 50. It does not take the entire industry into consideration.”

1. Starbucks: 15 locations at Riverstone Plaza, Flamingo Falls, Brookside Center, Northlake Commons, College Plaza, Westgate Plaza, Mckinley Milestrip, Williamsville Place, Creekside Plaza, Creekwood Crossing, Mid Valley Mall, Tops Plaza Lockport, Frederick County Square, Sprayberry Square, and Mahopac Village Center
2. Crumbl Cookie: located at Riverdale Shops
3. Jersey Mike’s: Seven locations at Riverside Plaza, Flamingo Falls, Imperial Plaza, Randhurst Village, Mid Valley Mall, Prospect Plaza, and Tri-City Plaza
4. Chipotle: Seven locations at Apple Blossom Corners, La Frontera, Premier Place, Oxon Hill Plaza, Mckinley Milestrip, Randhurst Village, and Prospect Plaza
5. Taco Bell: Four locations at Levittown Town Center, Northlake Commons, Skyview Plaza, and Mohawk Commons
6. Wingstop: Six locations at Shops at Aramingo, Levittown Town Center, River Run, La Frontera, Tri-City Plaza, Flamingo Falls, and Mohawk Commons
7. Popeye’s: Six locations at Levittown Town Center, Big Flats Consumer Square, Tower Shopping Center, Oxon Hill Plaza, Eastover Shopping Center, and Northern Lights Shopping Center
8. Tropical Smoothie Cafe: located at Levittown Town Center
9. Chick Fil A: Three locations at Creekwood Crossing, Huntington LI, and Farmingdale, LI (including properties that were built by DLC and then sold)
