Joshua Dreyer has shared almost five years as a Leasing Representative, currently overseeing the leasing operations for DLC’s Upstate New York Shopping Centers and a Shopping Center in West Springfield, MA. His role involves working closely with local, regional, and national tenants to facilitate their location searches, and collaborating with different departments to ensure successful deal closures. Notably, Josh played a pivotal role in transforming Williamsville Place, achieving a remarkable feat by achieving 100% lease occupancy in 2023, turning around a scenario where the shopping center had faced multiple vacancies just a few years prior.A proud graduate of Baruch College,
Josh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, as well as a minor in Psychology. At the forefront of his achievements is the redevelopment of Creekside Plaza, where he played a key role in re-tenanting the former Top’s Supermarket space, securing notable tenants such as Dick’s Sporting Goods and O’Reilly. Additionally, his efforts at Union Consumer Square resulted in leasing significant box spaces to Fun City, covering approximately 54,000 square feet, and a 30,000 square-foot space to Ross.
Josh finds satisfaction in his work, relishing the opportunity to witness local tenants embark on their entrepreneurial journeys, whether opening their first location or expanding their businesses. He emphasizes the collaborative nature of his role, appreciating the significant contributions from various departments in deal-making. Outside of work, Josh is a family man who enjoys traveling to different states and countries and trying out new restaurants. A car enthusiast, he also channels his passion for automobiles, noting his love for the iconic Ferrari brand.
