DLC’s Williamsville Place Becomes home to Chef’s Restaurant New “On The Go” Prototype & Dining Experience

Mary Beth Billittier and Louis J. Billittier, Jr. of Chef’s announced Tuesday June 11th that the restaurant’s “On The Go” concept will open at its much anticipated second location in September of 2019 at DLC’s Williamsville Place Shopping Center, located at 5395 Sheridan Drive in Williamsville, NY.

Co-owner Louis J. Billittier Jr. commented, “The Chef’s On The Go experience will allow customers to come in, phone in or log in their order from a menu that will feature some of Chef’s favorites. You can enjoy your meal inside where we will have 50 to 60 tables, or take it out. If customers call ahead, go online, or use our soon to be released app to order, they can drive in and get their food from our convenient Pick Up Window. People want their food served fast, but with the same quality they have come to expect with our special recipes and dishes, fresh baked bread, sauce, and Spaghetti Parm.”

For close to 100 years, Chef’s has been recognized as Western New York’s most popular Italian restaurant. Now, for the first time ever the Billittier family has announced that national franchise opportunities for Chef’s “On The Go” are now available for those interested in bringing the taste of Western New York’s most popular Italian restaurant across the country.

The Billittier Family thanked Jeff Levy and Jamie Constantine from DLC Management Corp., the operators of Williamsville Place Shopping Center, for their support in securing the site for Chef’s “On The Go,” and look forward to seeing other neighbors join the newly renovated shopping center.

Over the past couple of years, the 102,792 square foot Williamsville Place has undergone a multi-million dollar modernization project. Major improvements include new storefronts with dramatic awnings and canopies, new lighting and landscaping, and elegant material finishes of wood, metal and stonework.

This prime location serves the prosperous community of Williamsville, ranked as a top 10 zip code for median household income in the U.S., conveniently accessible from two major roadways I-290 to the east and I-90 to the south.

In addition to the sophisticated high-end physical makeover, Williamsville Place is in the midst of reimagining its retail mix to offer an unrivaled blend of boutique offerings from fast-casual favorites like Starbucks and Rachel’s Mediterranean, to elegant full-service sit-down eateries featuring Chef’s and the stylish Black & Blue Steak and Crab Restaurant.

DLC Management Corp. plans to bring even more one of a kind options to the center in the near future. Visitors can expect a variety of offerings from food and beverage, medical and fitness, specialty retailers, and other great service providers.

Given the shopping center’s proximity to daytime traffic drivers such as Centerpointe Corporate Park, an office development, Williamsville Place will not only offer convenience to large daytime populations with a wider array of dining and shopping options, but will positively impact the local market with additional job opportunities and spur economic contributions.
