The VP of Marketing will build a marketing strategy that supports our business initiatives to help drive business growth. This role will have complete responsibility for all marketing activity at DLC, both at the corporate and property level, and they will develop a clear and consistent brand message to our target audience, both internally and externally. The VP of Marketing and marketing team’s efforts will be instrumental in DLC obtaining more great talent, more clients (tenants, development clients, 3rd party clients), more capital and more deals.Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and manage a high-performing marketing team
- Set overall marketing vision, strategy, and create a breakthrough roadmap in alignment with DLC’s growth initiatives and business strategy
- Elevate and strengthen the DLC brand across all social media platforms
- Leverage analytics and SEO to create a social media strategy
- Develop a deep understanding of our brand and strategize how to differentiate us in the market
- Create exceptional marketing copy that drives actions and leads to conversations
- Oversee all PR efforts
- Quarterback the relationships with external vendors/agencies and continually evaluate the performance
