The Role:

Our team is on the hunt for an entrepreneurial, entry level Data Analyst to join our Leasing (Sales) department in our HQ office in Elmsford, NY. We are looking for a dynamic teammate: someone with an analytical and quantitative mind; someone who is tech savvy and a systems wiz; someone who thrives on unpacking fragmented information and synthesizing that information into a simple format for end user consumption; someone who is collaborative and shares that information in a way that’s easy for everyone to understand. Can you help us leverage the data by creating the reports we need to tell the story? Can you recognize new ways of applying data to help us better operate? Can you work towards having separate reports and quantitative information speak to each other making the information more valuable for decision making? Can you recognize how the department functions, its information needs and derive better ways to use the data to enable the team? If yes, we want to meet you!

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and evolve Microsoft CRM system
  • Drive the data to produce cohesive reports and meaningful metrics
  • Create Data Integrity so systems speak and product is useful.
  • Create and export various CRM reports for internal teams and external parties
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to create and organize an efficient system to make sure all payments that are made from the sales department are done accurately and in a timely manner
  • Advise and report out to the C-Suite key sales metrics in real time
  • Identify sales deficiencies and offer solutions based on real time data
  • Collaborate with sales team to make sure the sales deals get through systems accurately and quickly
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to understand what information they need and create ways to pull that information from various systems
  • On a weekly basis track the DLC Leasing fees, report on budgeted activity to actual progress, monitor Leasing spreads quarter over quarter, and maintain the Leasing department New Deal and Renewal Scoreboards.

• Experience in creating and utilizing reports from systems • Ability to implement efficient processes to coordinate and track the flow of data and information • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and manage tight deadlines • The knack to pivot in a constantly evolving environment and learn new skills • Excellent communication and organizational skills to successfully engage with all levels of the organization in all departments • Strong analytical skills to identify, diagnose, and make recommendations for system improvements • A proactive team player with a positive can-do attitude • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) • Bachelor’s degree • 0-2 years of data and analytics experience
