Construction Project Manager
DLC Management Corporation, one of the nation’s preeminent private real estate companies, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join the Third Party Services and Development team in our Corporate HQ office located in Elmsford, NY. Reporting directly to the VP – Third Party Services & Development, the Senior Project Manager will be working hand in hand with key clients and the real estate function of the DLC Development team on all potential and/or ongoing projects. Specific responsibilities include the following:
Responsibilities:- Evaluate potential sites and locations
- Formulate and develop cost and budgets
- Work with municipalities to procure entitlements and permitting
- Administer a detailed bid process with internal and client approvals
- Oversee design process including review of documents for confirmation of scope completion and client coordination
- Onsite management of construction including running weekly meetings, completion through certificate of occupancy and day 2 services
- Review change orders and cost and time impact mitigation
- Develop strong relationship with client to ensure viability of future work
- Liaise with internal departments including accounting to review budgets and legal to procure and review contracts and assist with any notices
Desired Skills and Expertise:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction/Project Management, Engineering or Architecture
- 2-5 years of relevant industry experience (in Construction/Development capacity or other relevant function, such as cost accounting)
- Relationship focused

- Advanced to expert in Excel & estimating software skills; intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat Pro, etc.
