Regional Property Manager

Reporting directly to the VP of Property Management of the Northeast, the Regional Property Manager will be responsible for below:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day to day activities of multiple properties
  • Develop and manage expense budgets
  • Manage the centers within the approved budgets
  • Identify property maintenance requirements, solicit, review and negotiate maintenance contracts
  • Prepare and monitor monthly and quarterly reports

Desired Skills & Expertise:

  • Five years of experience managing retail shopping centers
  • Working knowledge of building systems and components
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Minimum of an Associate’s degree required
  • Overnight travel required
