About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Analyst at DLC, you’ll be a key player in the success of our marketing campaigns and customer engagement. You should have a deep understanding of how different social networks operate and be familiar with search optimization for online content. If you’re a tech-savvy professional with interest in the latest trends in digital technologies, we would like to meet you.

Your responsibilities will include tracking online marketing trends, collecting and analyzing data, optimizing and reporting campaign performance. You continually assess DLC’s owned data, campaign and content performance and translate it into actionable business recommendations. You will partner with marketing colleagues to understand data and business needs; become an expert in translating these needs into specific analyses with actionable insights.

Digital Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user engagement & report on web traffic from all social media
  • Build and support SEO strategies, including optimizing keywords in content marketing
  • Identify habits of our online audience and suggest ways to reach a broader audience
  • Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness
  • Coordinate with marketing department to design advertising campaigns
  • Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company
  • Problem-solving to support overall social performance and achieve goals
  • Analyzing the customer journey across integrated digital marketing and recommend optimization strategies
  • Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data
  • Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign & website performance reports.

Our Next Digital Marketing Analyst Has:

  • 2-4 yrs of social media experience with at least 2 yrs as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Coordinator or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience with social media management tools (ex. HubSpot, Hootsuite)
  • Experience with analytical & reporting tools (ex. Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics)
  • Ability to identify target audience media preferences and trends
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience turning data into insights that lead to clear actions
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional groups
  • Time management and multitasking skills
