Anya Ifshin Wolf Named a CRE Next Generation Award Winner

Anya Wolf CRE Next Gen Award winner

The Managing Director of Portfolio Management is recognized for her role in helping drive DLC’s national growth, operational innovation, and people-first leadership culture.

A New Generation of Leadership for a Growing Platform

DLC is proud to announce that Anya Ifshin Wolf, Managing Director of Portfolio Management, has been named a recipient of the CRE Next Generation Award, recognizing emerging leaders who are helping shape the future of commercial real estate.

Anya’s career reflects a rare combination of operational excellence, strategic leadership, and an unwavering commitment to people. In less than a decade, she has advanced from an entry-level Due Diligence Coordinator to Managing Director of Portfolio Management, helping guide one of the most significant periods of growth in DLC’s 35-year history.

Today, Anya oversees the company’s Asset Management and Transactions teams, supporting acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio-wide investment strategy across DLC’s national retail portfolio. She works closely with leasing, development, capital markets, and property management teams to drive performance, execute complex transactions, and create long-term value across the platform.

Her impact was particularly evident during 2025, when DLC supported more than $1.3 billion in acquisitions and strategic investment activity. Anya played a key role in transaction execution, portfolio integration, and operational coordination during a period of rapid expansion, including supporting the company’s West Coast growth initiatives.

Beyond transactions, Anya has helped strengthen how DLC operates. She has championed process improvements, developed new approaches to workload management and team collaboration, and helped create systems that enabled the organization to scale efficiently while maintaining high standards of execution.

What makes Anya’s story especially compelling is the path she took to get here.

Before entering commercial real estate, she worked in the art and education space and had no formal real estate training. Determined to learn the business from the ground up, she embraced increasingly complex responsibilities and built her career through curiosity, accountability, and consistent performance.

Her leadership style has also been shaped by overcoming personal and professional challenges. Growing up with a learning disability that was not diagnosed until age 10 taught her resilience, adaptability, and a unique approach to problem-solving. Early career experiences further reinforced her belief in the importance of trust, mentorship, and creating environments where people can do their best work.

Today, those values are reflected in the teams she leads and the culture she helps cultivate across DLC. As a member of the Executive Committee, a former participant in the company’s mentorship program, and co-leader of DLC’s Business Innovation Committee, Anya continues to play an important role in helping shape the future of the organization.

“Anya’s career is a reflection of what is possible when talent, determination, and leadership come together,” said Adam Ifshin, Founder and CEO of DLC. “She has earned the respect of her peers through her work ethic, her ability to solve complex challenges, and the way she develops and supports the people around her. This recognition is incredibly well deserved, and we’re excited to see the continued impact she will have on our company and our industry.”

The CRE Next Generation Award recognizes professionals who are making meaningful contributions to commercial real estate while helping define the industry’s future. Anya’s recognition reflects both her individual achievements and the lasting impact she continues to make across DLC’s growing platform.
